REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS The
Town of Quartzsite, Arizona is requesting qualifications and proposals for
contract municipal legal services on either an as-needed basis, or in the
alternative, an exclusive Town Attorney basis.
Those interested may request a Scope of Representation bid packet and
Hourly Rate Schedule Form from Karen Norris, Town Clerk, Town of Quartzsite,

be submitted by August 15th, 2008 5:00 pm.
Qualifications and Proposals will be opened and reviewed by a Selection
Committee. A list of qualified respondents and/or proposals may be awarded at
the regular Council meeting scheduled for August 26th, 2008 at 7:00
p.m. The Town of Quartzsite
reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals.
