STAFF PRESENT: Town Manager Alex Taft, Town Attorney Walsma, Town Clerk Karen Norris and Christy Butler.

NEW BUSINESS:
010710 – SP1. Discussion and possible approval to go into Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03 (A)(3) for the purpose of consulting with the Town Attorney regarding appointment of a Mayor until the completion of the 2010 Town of Quartzsite election cycle.
Council Member Winslow motioned to go into executive session. Motion seconded by Council Member Kelley. “Acting” Mayor Huntley calls for the vote. Vote – 7 in favor. MOTION CARRIED. Meeting convened 10:02 am. Meeting reconvened at 10:23 am. Council Member Lizarraga motioned to return to public meeting. Motion seconded by Council Member Lukkasson. “Acting” Mayor Huntley calls for the vote. Vote – 7 in favor. MOTION CARRIED.
